「コアラのマーチ」で記念撮影

ピラティス、サイクリング、ジョギングを一時間半くらい掛けてするのが習慣となってきた。
体を動かすのが楽しいよ。

ジョギングは、ジョギングコースが有る公園まで自転車で行ってしている。
周りに木々があって結構気に入っている。
ちなみに自転車はGTのMTB。

この公園は20年くらい前までは牧場だった。
牛も結構沢山いて、そこら辺に生えている草を引っこ抜いて牛にあげて遊んだ。
牧場の周りに住宅が増えて、いつの間にか公園になっていた。

この公園は災害時の避難場所として使われることが想定されていて、
災害時にはヘリポートになる芝生の広場があり、
その周りにジョギングコースが設けられている。

休みの日には、家族や友人で野球やサッカーをしていたり、
ジョギングやウォーキングする人、犬の散歩と井戸端会議をする人など、
近隣の人達が集まってくる。

幼稚園や保育園の遠足でも使われているようで、
昨日も大勢の小さい子供たちと親御さんたちがワイワイ楽しそうに遊んでいた。
その横には記念撮影のために並び、
後ろに立っている人は子供を肩車している人たちが見えた。
そこからカメラマンの声が聞こえてきた。
「私が『コアラの』って言ったら、皆さんは『マーチ』って続いて下さい」と。

「コアラのマーチ」で記念撮影って始めて聞いた。
どんな楽しい写真に仕上がるのか気になってしまった。

I recentry do Pilates, jogging and cycling during one hour and half. It became my habit.
I enjoy exercise.

I do jogging at park which have jogging course. I go to the park by bicycle.
By the way my bicycle is GT’s MTB.

This park was a stock farm about twenty years ago.
There were many cows, I uprooted a glass and gave it to cows with my friends.
At that time a house had increased around here, it became park.

It is assumed that this park is used as an evacuation site of the disaster,
there is an open space in the lawn that becomes a heliport at the disaster,
and the jog course has been set up in the surroundings.

People play soccer, baseball, jogging, walking, taking a walk with dog at park in holiday.
