ツメがハガレル

このところ体調が優れない。

去年手足口病になったけど、
その後遺症で手足のツメが剥がれてきている。

指の先には包帯を巻いておかないと、
服などにツメが引っかかってギィーッと
一気に剥がれそうになって痛い。

服を着たり脱いだりするのに時間がかかったり、
小銭を出す時はうまく出せなかったり、
普段の生活に若干の支障をきたす。
特にまともに運動できないのことにストレスを感じる。

でもツメが剥がれる経験は初めて。
これでツメが剥がれた人の気持ちが理解できた。

I am bad condition a few days.

I became hand-foot-and-mouth　disease last year.
My nail came off for the aftereffects of this disease.

I bandage my finger and toe.
Because my nail hook to wear and it become to come off without stopping.

When I wear shirt and take off it and I use coin, I take time than usual.
I got behind in usual day.
I feel stress that  especially I can not exercise.

I experienced it for the first time.
I could understand a mind of a person that a nail came off.
