Christmas Present

そろそろ帰ろうと席を立った時、
友人夫婦が「はいこれ、クリスマス・プレゼント」と言ってステッキの形をした飴を僕の前に差し出した。

それは鮮やかな赤と白のストライプに着色されて、小さなリボンが巻かれ、
よく見ると「のざわくんへ」と書かれた小さなカードも付いていた。

カードに書かれた「のざわくんへ」の文字を見たら、
ここにも俺のことを憶えてくれている人がいるんだと感動した。

When I stood up to go home,
a couple of my friend said “This is Christmas present for you”, and they held out it to me.

It was a candy shaped like a stick, and it has a bow of ribbon and a card was written “Nozawa kun he”( just for you).

As I watch this card, I was moved and glad.
Because there is a friend who remember me .
